Due to the bankruptcy of Hanjin and consequent reorganization of its services and various joint ventures with other companies, we are facing an increasing demand for capacity and constantly rising sea freight costs aggravated by the application of additional GRI and PSS in the run-up to the over-booking period which will begin on 15 December 2016 and continue until 28 February 2017. Precisely because of this unfolding scenario, OTS will apply a peak season surcharge to all its sea groupage shipment tariffs.
